EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Excellent C-level communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Decisive, pragmatic and results-oriented.
Strong business acumen & knowledge about SAP’s portfolio, products and organizational structure.
Excellent program management skills with ability to drive complex strategic projects independently.
Resilient working attitude and ability to work under pressure. Ability to make a sustainable impact in a highly ambiguous environment.
Strong networking and relationship skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.Another language (Chinese) is of an advantage.
Min 5+ years’ working experience.
Very good understanding of the Cash Collections processes and practices.
Previous working experience in working with or in the CFO organization to understand the main pillars of Finance organization (controlling, deal support, etc.).
Good understanding of the GFSS processes (O2I, P2P, SDC, ..).
Experience with project and program management.
Experience in driving significant change to reliable business outcomes and high employee satisfaction.
Experience in global and virtual teams across multiple lines of businesses, geographies and cultures.
