Leading change agent driving customer advocacy in partnership with key regional and business stakeholders

Sets the strategic approach and plan for global team member engagement, serving our entire Dell Technologies team member base

Designs, build and executes key communication platforms with internal team member to amplify and educate team members on importance of customer advocacy and the efforts being driven across the globe.

Design and execute team member customer obsessed engagement programs that align to the organization’s culture, CX and brand promise.

Global ownership of key customer obsessed engagement program initiatives such as Executive Customer Outreach, Team Member Recognition, New Recruiting/Hire Training integration and Crowdsourcing

Ensures project results meet quality, reliability, milestones, and budget targets.Establish clear dashboard at a program and over-arching engagement level

Maintains awareness of industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes that may impact the project or program deliverables

Regularly communicates and presents findings at executive levels within the company and is seasoned in understanding the business impact of analytics

Continue to innovate and drive new ways for team members to engage with the CCO, each other and our customers

Essential Requirements

Essential Requirements • 8-10 years of experience in program/project management, Customer Experience,

Superior interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead change initiatives

Polished written and oral communication skills

Creative, innovative, analytical and collaborative

Highly organized, design-minded and detail-oriented

Advocate of human-cantered or customer-centric experience design and used to working with multi-disciplinary teams to develop ideal customer experiences programs

Proven track record using research insights to inspire and create programs / new concepts that engage our team to delight customers

Located in Round Rock Texas

Desirable Requirements

Background in CX/UX design/ Human Center Design/ Marketing

MBA , Master’s Degree in Marketing.
