Join an organization that makes a difference in peoples' lives! Our non-profit client in the Des Moines area isi seeking a CFO to lead and manage the finance function of the organization. In this role you will manage a team of 10 direct and indirect reports, serve on the senior leadership team, manage and drive the budgeting process, be the point person for the annual audit and have ultimate responsibility for the month and process and preparation of financial statements.

In order to be considered for this role you must have a BA in Accounting, 7+ years related experience, some of which must include managing a team and non-profit industry experience. Knowledge of Medicaid and grant accounting highly preferred as is a CPA certification.
