Robert Half Finance and Accounting has partnered with a Fort Worth Logistics Company to recruit a CFO. The CFO has the primary mission of providing accounting/financial leadership to the overall organization. This role will provide accurate, timely and mission critical information to the overall organization. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading, developing and bringing out the best in the accounting/finance team. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report to and serve as a business partner to the Company’s President. Requirements


CPA is required for consideration. Prefer prior Big 4 / Second Tier National Firm Audit experience with strong GAAP, cash management, and financial planning and analysis . Prefer successful Software Implementations experience with significant financial reporting tools experience. Prefer someone from an asset intensive business in industries such as logistics, transportation, oil field services, trucking, industrial or other related industries. Strong consolidations, bank relations, and risk management preferred. Must be well versed in tax matters, particularly with flow through entities. Must be a strong leader and have the ability to partner with operations. Strong history of working in a high growth company with a proven track record of attracting, motivating, developing and retaining talented people.
