Our client is a mid-sized successful, manufacturing company located east of the MN / WI border and they are looking for a CFO to join their team. The will provide full relation for this candidate, if needed. The role would handle all of the finances for the organization with two people reporting to them.. This role would prepare the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and all reporting. The role would provide analysis and strategy for the leadership team. They are looking for someone who can be a positive change agent and motivate and influence others. They would like to see a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, 6+ years of experience, strong leadership experience, CPA or CMA certification ideal, and ideally some cost accounting knowledge.
