Beau Pennington with Robert Half Finance & Accounting is partnering exclusively with a large farming-based company in Fresno County. The CFO will report to the Chairman & CEO assuming a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, controlling, and reporting all financial-related activities for the company. This will include direct responsibility at the corporate and business unit level for accounting, finance, strategic planning, financial planning & analysis, reporting, treasury and cash management, budgeting, forecasting, tax management, insurance and risk management, information technology, human resources, deal analysis, negotiations, partnership compliance and performance, private and institutional financing. In addition to reporting to the Chairman and CEO, the CFO will interface directly with the company's Board of Directors.
There is an opportunity to grow within the C suite in the future for an intrinsically motivated individual with high emotional intelligence and ability to forge a strong business partnership with General Managers and their associated business units. A BS in accounting or finance is required for consideration with CPA and/or MBA highly preferred.
