Support efforts to develop a PMO Change Management and Adoption framework and governance including change management process and tools

Partner with project managers, sponsors and stakeholder(s) and the Communications and GSS Concierge team to assess change management needs, change readiness and risks, and outline customer requirements, and solution options.Develop a change management plan for each project within the portfolio

Identify necessary communication needs, preferred approach and key indicators for each project or initiative as part of an overall change impact assessment

Develop and execute change management plan including communications, training and other change support methods

Prepare communication, training and other change management materials related to changes in people, process and technology across the PMO portfolio

Partner with internal project leads, sponsors and business owners to coordinate timing and delivery of communications and training

Support design, development, delivery and management of communications and all change management media for PMO

Develop and maintain a schedule of all change initiatives

Support development and readiness of Change Agents to promote consistency and timeliness of messaging

Track and report change management issues in partnership with project leads

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand communication needs, timeliness and key milestones

Utilize innovation, creative approaches and continuous improvement to drive communications, training change management and other technology related content to improve the absorption and adoption of key messages

Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication, training and other change management vehicles and user understanding

Maintain a solid working relationship with stakeholders, PMO team, Project managers and Sponsors to enhance customer satisfaction and work with GSS Concierge team and GSS Communications team at all levels

Bachelor’s Degree required

4+ years relevant experience in Change Management, Organizational change management, communications, consulting, business analysis or process improvement.Change management certification or designation preferred

Experience and demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools; experience with customer journey mapping preferred

Exceptional written and verbal presentation/ communication skills.Able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

Exceptional active listening skills

Technical content development experience

Experience providing change management solutions in support of large scale process and technology projects and/or other transformation initiatives

Ability to set priorities and multi-task between simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent business and interpersonal skills

Comfortable presenting information to large groups of people, facilitating meetings and leading group discussions.  

Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
