Work with business stakeholders and Salesforce program team to understand critical business requirements, change impact and architect change management strategies

Provide thought leadership on CRM methodologies and approaches, advise on the design and future execution model, process and/or technology roadmap for sales capabilities relevant to Corporate Client Banking

Coordinate with partners in CCBSI Business Management, Business Operations, Legal and Compliance and Marketing to collect requirements and discuss impact of Salesforce functionality

Coordinate with Project Leads from other lines of businesses to enable cross-LOB partnership and consistency in the overall Salesforce design

Ensure alignment with data and reporting team for strategy, prioritization, testing and execution to maintain continuity in sales reporting and analytical capabilities during and post-roll out of Salesforce

Partner with communications resources to ensure alignment on change impact, messaging, audience, timing and approach

Partner with the program team to design and deliver appropriate training for all levels of the organization during and after Salesforce implementation

Define and track KPIs for Salesforce change adoption and effectiveness

Represent CCBSI requirements in various CRM forums (i.e. Steering committee, scrum calls, design labs etc.)

Plan and organize various CCBSI resources (i.e. bankers, business operations) against program deliverables and timelines

Leadership and interpersonal skills – Executive presence with the ability to interact and influence colleagues at all levels in the business.Lead by example and coach others on the direct and indirect team.Proactively seek feedback from others and adapt as needed

Technical and analytical skills – Strong affinity for and familiarity with technology and driving technology solutions


Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in driving and implementing business process changes in large organizations

Proven experience in managing large scale technology implementation, transformation, program management, process improvement, change management

Experience in Salesforce implementation is a plus

Experience working in matrix organization and partnering with diverse group of stakeholders

Investment banking / Commercial banking or management consulting experience preferred

Proficient in use of the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project)

Strong executive presence and ability to interact with employees across all levels of the organization

Familiarity with internal JPMC systems and sales processes is a plus

BA/BS/ MBA degree; PMP certification is a plus
