There has never been a better time to join the NetApp Channel team. We are looking for a dynamic sales leader to deliver the next wave of growth through the UK/I partner eco-system.
You will be a creative thought leader with a flair for innovation to ensure the UK/I Channel team continues to lead in the Hybrid-Cloud area.
A history of leading through market transitions, a successful track record of new business development and disrupting traditional business models.
The market is moving fast and we need a leader who can balance between protecting existing business whilst leaning into new business and delivering new business in Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, DevOps and Enterprise Applications.
Success will be measured against your ability to execute in the following areas:
Driving Enterprise Capacity: Co-creating repeatable solutions to capture new business in AI, DevOps, AI and Cloud
Scaling the UK/I Commercial business: Lower touch velocity GTM to fuel new customer logo acquisition
Accelerating partners Journey to the Cloud
You will be responsible for evolving and executing the UK/I Channel plan through a team of Channels sales representatives whilst also orchestrating a cross-functional team to include marketing, distribution sales, Commercial sales and channel systems engineers.
Protect manage and grow the existing channel business
Target, recruit and on-board a set of specialist Cloud partners.
Capture “new wallet” and “buying centres” in Enterprise Applications, Cloud DevOps and AI
Increase NetApp presences, visibility and relevance into a targeted set of Global System Integrators.
Build a “low touch” velocity sales engine to drive growth in the commercial market
Be the voice of the UK/I to support the evolution and development of Channel partner programs.
Coach, mentor and develop the team to support a “high performance sales culture”
Education & Experience
BS/BA degree or equivalent related experience. 12+ years -- plus add additional experience requirements needed if you were to fill an open requisition, i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities.
