We are looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) for our Central Cluster ( Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria & Switzerland). In this position, you will run on-floor and customer marketing strategies of the Levi’s brand with our accounts / franchise partners and ours stores (O&O) doors to enhance profitability of the product segment, and maximize our presence at retail and hedge the competition with partners. You will lead sell-out support and relationships with our most relevant accounts.

About the Job

Build the Levi Strauss & Co. Europe (LSE) wholesale marketing strategies with marketing departments, store owners or other marketing responsible on customer’s side

Plan and lead the development of market level (Central Europe Cluster) Wholesale & Retail Marketing activities to increase traffic or conversion

Collaborate with the LS&Co. sales team to support the positioning of the account in the market place.

Partner with customers to best align LS&Co. marketing assets to the customer's own marketing plans

Coordinate production of customer-specific brand assets, following brand guidelines / seasonal direction and validating with brand partners before execution in accounts

Execute the retail marketing calendar within allocated market with Levi’s HQ plan & with allocated market retail organization

Collaborate with O&O and Franchise teams to execute Retail marketing activation programs

Support briefing and alignment with brands on needs of Wholesale and Retail Marketing (Assets, tools, templates)

Partner with brand teams in market to partner on full development of marketing

Support Brand Environment in shop-in-shop installs (w/ retail)

Partner with Brand sell-in tools team to ensure tools executedin line with needs (incl. franchise)

Collaborate with Channel marketing manager Central Cluster and Brussels HQ team to ensure cross region alignment

About you

Bachelor’s degree-Business Administration or marketing-related field

5+ years of experience related to developing retail & trade marketing (channel Mktg) programs in a multinational complex organization. 

Consumer & Market Insight – Interprets multiple sources of consumer and marketplace insights to deploy channel marketing programs that create desire and drive consumer demand for the brand.

Innovation & Experimentation - Executes new, forward-looking approaches. Exhibits a ‘test and roll” mindset for experimentation to build learning and apply what works to bigger future efforts.

Strategic – looks for long-term, sustained demand creation and energized brand equity differentiation.

Commercial mindset – understanding of retail and wholesale dynamic and can connect with operational implication of retail stores. – apparel industry not mandatory

Exposure to channel marketing and experience of working with large pool of partners.

Project management skills and understanding of tool sets.
