Maintain steady and effective communication lines throughout WDIS and between WDIS and other W&D team members.
Serve as executive liaison between WDIS EVP and COO and other stakeholders.
Develop creative department personnel and data management processes, including sourcing technology options and driving creative workflow solutions.
Provide EVP and COO with timely and accurate reports and analyses on budget, recruiting, and performance metrics; assist EVP and COO to advance WDIS platform goals throughout W&D.
Evaluate department structure and team planning for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group and provide individuals with professional and personal development support.
Develop role through corporate growth; project and plan for growth needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Manage subordinate supervisor(s) and other employee(s); manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all department employees.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company’s policies and applicable laws (including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising and managing performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems).
Education and Experience:
Bachelors requires, Masters in Business Administration preferred.
8+ years experience in commercial real estate finance or related experience.
3+ years management experience.
Marketing experience preferred.

Demonstrated experience in operational planning.
Energetic, flexible leader with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
Exceptional finance, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent business judgment and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, written and oral. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics within the department, within the Company at large, and outside of the Company.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex financial documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and efficient.
Masterful Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
Professional, courteous, and constructive demeanor and approach to problem-solving.
