PPWP’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will join the organization at an exciting time, leading a committed and capable staff in providing high-quality health and reproductive services. As a leader of an affiliate of the larger national Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), PPWP’s CEO will join the battle on both a national and local level to restore lost funding and oppose oppressive legislation that threatens its patients and community. The CEO will bring an unwavering belief in our mission and conviction about health, health care, and the equitable distribution of access to health care services, especially for our most marginalized constituents.
The incoming CEO will be a transformative leader, leading the organization to sustainable growth by continuing our efforts to be innovative and advance emerging healthcare services like telehealth to under-resourced communities in high density and rural areas. The CEO will be committed to building trust, through engagement and transparency both internally and externally, as well as leading partnerships with key community stakeholders, and aligning with PPFA’s vision as all Planned Parenthood affiliates work to welcome those who have been historically excluded into the Planned Parenthood community. In addition, the CEO will build upon a strong base of supporters who are dedicated to the mission and allow the organization to widen its base of philanthropic support. Finally, the CEO will bring a proven track record of leading teams, building a strong organizational culture, and upholding high standards in a fast-changing environment.
