Mid to large company in the Kingston area is seeking a CFO due to an upcoming retirement; this position reports to the CEO. Job responsibilities include: full financial oversight for the company; oversight of a staff of 5; monthly reporting; financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting; working closely with Sales and Operations; oversight of the ERP system; managing relationships with external banks and CPA firm; various other projects as assigned. Total compensation for this position will be in the 250-300k range. At the moment, the company is only entertaining local candidates.

Requirements
