We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer with a strong executive background to manage the organization’s finances and global operations. Our CFO/COO must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management, global legal compliance, and global supply chain/manufacturing operations.


The CFO/COO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This position is responsible for managing InVue’s global business operations to include finance, strategic planning, global supply chain, manufacturing, Human Resources, IT and Legal/Compliance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES:


Strategy…


With the ELT, help lead the planning and overall management of InVue, including the efficient development and implementation of its temporary and long-term programs.


Assist ELT with corporate strategic planning and help lead organizational planning and supporting of divisions and departments.


Executive Leadership…


Guides, mentors, and develops a high performing, proactive team and continue to scale based on strategic business objectives.


Identifies opportunities to improve processes and systems for and with team members.


CFO/COO Responsibilities…


Oversee management and leadership for all financial planning, new business planning, budget production, and budget controls needed to realize the company’s fiscal and business goals.


Monitor and regularly report key metrics. Provide business analysis support to the management teams to help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s businesses.


Oversee external reporting and prepare financial reports and analysis.


Ensure that systems, processes, and procedures are optimal for conducting business throughout the entire organization. Responsible to create, change or modify existing ones.


Works with the Director of Finance to ensure good financial controls and timely and accurate financial reporting


Ensures good cash planning, oversees treasury management, and manages banking/financing relationships.


Works with the Director of Supply Chain and the Director of Asia Operations to ensure good product planning, vendor selection, vendor quality, and optimization of product and supply chain costs.


Oversee Information Technology and Human Resource programs, policies, procedures, and projects; supported by the Director of IT & Director of Human Resource.


Oversee Corporate Governance & Compliance programs by supporting the General Counsel for all policies, procedures, and projects including negotiating or consulting on all major transactions, reviewing all contracts, and managing all legal affairs for the companies and relationships with outside counselors.


Work with the General Counsel to effectively manage our patent portfolio.

SKILLS, TRAITS, & COMPETENCIES:

In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.


QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance or related field, MBA is preferred.


Must have a minimum of 10 years of executive experience in a similar demanding and fast paced environment.


Require prior executive experience working in a privately held dynamic business.


Must have a minimum 10 years’ experience managing global business operations.
