We are a fast paced and successful health and personal hygiene company poised for exponential growth both nationwide and globally. Our company is led an experienced team that has transformed our facility to meet today's essential demand market, including large retailers and online outlets. 

CFO, will answer directly to ownership with primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. They will lead a small team and will have a day to day interaction with company leadership.

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Develop financial well-being of the company by providing projections and accounting services and preparing growth plans. 

-Develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking in line with organizational objectives. 

-Establish finance operational strategies by evaluating trends, critical measurements, determining production, productivity and consumer-service strategies, designing systems, accumulating sources, resolving problems and implementing change. 

-Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities and staffing

-Monitor financial performance by measurements and results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing of variances. 

-Reporting financial status by developing forecast, developing improvements and analyzing variances.

-Updating job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations

-Ensure all external reporting requirements are completed on time (Sales tax ,Rent, Registrations etc. ) 

-Review balance sheet, P&L, account reconciliations and provide monthly schedules of specific metrics for revenue and expenses 

Qualification and Skills

-Must have at least 10 years experience in accounting and financial management practices, preferably in the manufacturing industry

-Preferred experience in guiding companies beholden to FDA, OTC, GMP regulations and reporting . With SAGE Mas100 a plus

-Must have strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

-Must have proven negotiation skills with being a strategic thinker

-Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively

-Must have a Bachelors' Degree in business, finance, accounting or economics required. 

-MBA or Masters' Degree preferred 

-Solid GAAP and financial reporting technical skills required.
