About the Role
Paladina Health is looking for a Medical
Officer to lead the company’s clinical & medical practice. The CMO will play a critical role in leading
the and execution to continue to recognize Paladina Health as the
clinical leader in Direct Primary Care.

role will lead the following teams: Clinical Providers, Quality & Care Coordination,
Wellness, and Medical Affairs.
Your Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the continued evolution ofPaladina’s care model, maintaining our dedication to providing high touch access, innovation, andproactive, evidence-based care
+ Strategic thought partner to and ExecutiveLeadership Team on how to translate clinical value into business value
+ Oversee the professional developmentfor our care providers
+ Set clear standards and expectationsfor Provider performance and oversee clinician performance metrics,evaluation, reward, recognition, coaching, peer review, constructivefeedback, and discipline.
+ Build clinical credibility of ourmodel and DPC with patients, clients, brokers, employer groups, and payers
+ Travel estimated at approximately 25%
+ Serve as the of the medicalgroup and ensure compliance with CPOM
+ Boardcertified physician, preferably in family or internal medicine, including activestate license and DEA.
