Key Responsibilities

Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives with the leadership team

Ensure continued focus on top priorities and effective communication of priorities across the organization

Act as a point of contact between the CEO, leadership team, and rest of the company

Ongoing development and improvement of leadership team efficacy through operational improvements (e.g., effective meetings, tracking priorities from development to execution)

Act as a sounding board and thought partner to the CEO, providing useful insights and analysis on company strategy and operations

Prepare presentations for internal and external audiences, including supporting the creation of regular updates to the Board of Directors

Drive agenda and execution of weekly Leadership meetings, monthly All-hands meetings, and leadership offsite

Skills and Experience

10+ years of work experience in an operations, strategy, management consulting, or similar role

Strong relationship management skills, with proven experience working cross-functionally and influencing a diverse group of stakeholders

Ability to apply structure/frameworks to unstructured problems

Strong business acumen

Experience managing complex projects and operations

Strong organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
