* Support ERM’s engagement with Regulators, Internal Audit and other regulatory and oversight parties

* Support the monitoring of issues remediation across ERM

* Assist with the facilitation of ERO Monthly Risk Update

* Assist with development and maintenance of the Divisional Risk Objectives

* Assist with Divisional Risk Objectives periodic assessment

* Participate in establishing and maintaining ERMs Business Continuity Plan

* Assist with the facilitation of ERO Operating Monthly meetings with the LOBs

* Perform research on risk management focused topics and best practices

* Bachelor’s degree in related field

* 6+ years of experience in risk management at a large financial services institution(s)

* Strong knowledge and experience in risk management, covering the full lifecycle of activities, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting

* Understanding of regulatory requirements and expectations related to risk management (e.g., Basel and FHFA)

* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse group of stakeholders

* Ability to motivate and inspire action through interpersonal skills

* Proactive leadership

* Ability to work in ambiguity and inspire growth and change

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability

* Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
