What you'll be doing 

Looking for a unique experience to work and learn directly alongside TTEC’s Global Operations Leader in a real-world business that is operating in the fastest-growing emerging markets in the world? In this role, you’ll lead initiatives and assist our Global Leader of TTEC’s Engage business unit and the broader executive team on activities and projects throughout the business and around the world. This is a rich and comprehensive development experience that leverages experience in consulting, banking, and/or operations and is a springboard into a variety of roles within the business.  

Bring your organizational skills and high energy to assist our Global Operations Leader on strategic projects, initiatives, and organizational development processes. You’ll help manage significant leadership responsibilities and corporate goals.This role is at the center of a dynamic, growing, multi-business organization and will work on a variety of important and often sensitive projects that require execution by a person with a high level of intelligence, energy to keep up with a fast-paced environment, the ability to manage and switch between many projects/initiatives quickly, and the flexibility to work on a wide variety of assignments that are deemed critically important by the organization.

On a typical day, you’ll: 

Develop and implement systems, projects and organization processes to ensure that all follow-up work that emerges from frequent meetings the executive committee is involved with is carried out in a timely way. 

Develop detailed work plans, assess project risk factors and suggest alternatives to mitigate or eliminate possible risk within an assigned project.

Conduct project status meetings and report project status weekly.

Meet with TTEC leadership and company executives to understand and track their progress on key initiatives.

Travel globally and participate in meeting with clients, prospective clients, investment banks, analysts and employees at all levels of the business.

Assist in preparing for Executive Committee and Board of Directors meetings, and in preparing for his frequent meetings with key leaders to include speech writing, PowerPoint presentations and other communications.

Follow disciplined project management standards for new projects and ongoing support to TTEC's executive leadership, including providing project support for critical, large and troubled projects.

Own and collaborate on major company projects/initiatives such as the transformation of our operational model in the new virtual environment

Aid strategy development for TTEC Engage and assist in product management to include innovation and patent related activities

Work across the organization and with each of TTEC’s businesses to constantly innovate and improve the project management methodology as well as the project delivery best practices including processes, tools and techniques of each.

Experience working with a technology consulancy or clients, focusing on digital transformation/CX transformation.

BPO experience is ideal. 

A minimum of 10 years prior work experience in a project management/consulting/operational leadership role working closely with global executives

A minimum of 5 years prior work experience in a global capacity

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously that are 2-3 months in duration

Demonstrate strong command of corporate finance in support of the strategic and innovation projects

Preparation experience for Board of Director's meetings along with meetings with investment banks is preferred

Implementation, software development, and process improvement project experience preferred

Superb interpersonal and communications skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
