National home care agency seeks a Chief Operating Officer to oversee the strategic growth and profitability of the established and rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement programs, processes, and practices that drive the company culture to one of excellence and customer service.

Direct the implement a improved work methods and procedures to ensure achievement of program and company objectives.

Develops standards and methods of measurement to coordinate the annual program evaluation

Prepares an overall annual budget for the organization in conjunction with executive leadership.

Serve as an escalation point for unresolved client complaints as well as in-office issues and resolves in alignment with company and office policy.

Maintains high visibility and availability to referral sources, community resources, clients and staff.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of executive leadership experience within a large for-profit home care agency.

Ability to direct a department to excellence and profitability

Demonstrated experience managing and supervising a diverse staff, delegating work, and providing a work environment that motivates staff to meet high-quality customer service standards.

Proven experience with complex operational processes, protocols, and procedures with a focus on morale and retention.
