Our Australian Chief Operating Officer has overall responsibility for the national market's strategic planning and execution. Australia is our largest market and we have a strong brand presence from which to build on. This role is a critical leadership position, backed by the global brand and operational support infrastructure to deliver plans that meet the needs of the local market.
Reporting to the EVP of Sales, this position is responsible for sales through all channels, as well as overseeing local logistics and customer experience. With sufficient scope to achieve strategically and tactically, operating on short and long term time horizons, this is a pivotal role in the contribution to our global objectives.
The position has accountability for financial business management, supply chain and warehousing operations, brand aligned media and PR, compliance with local, state and federal regulations and law, role modelling effective leadership behaviour, a proactive Health & Safety program and many other factors that make up a successful business.
