Directly manages the Regional Directors of Operations to ensure effective management at all campuses.
Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.
Motivate and lead high performance management teams.
Provides operational problem resolution.
Assists in creating policies and procedures and assures compliance.
Enhances operational effectiveness through thorough attention to detail and execution.
Presents reports on the status of the company’s operations to the board of directors and to company staff.
Collaborates and participates in the preparation of regulatory visits and responses.
Utilizes activity based analyses to provide insight into the organization’s plans and operating budgets.
Identify growth (and partnering) opportunities and structure strategic priorities.
Promote employee ownership philosophy and purpose.
Performs other related duties to advance the mission and values of Pima Medical Institute.

Master’s Degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Education Leadership or similar field.
Minimum 8 years work experience within higher education in a senior management role responsible for operations management, or equivalent mastery.
Demonstrated success in managing a team of professional staff members in achieving (pre-established) goals.
Exceptional financial, operational and administrative management skills.
Exceptional communications skills and proven ability to design and implement solutions to complex issues.
Successful team management skills with the ability to partner with executive leadership teams.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks and activities.
