Responsible for and operational oversight across the Envolve Pharmacy Solutions (EPS) business segment to drive operating model performance and implement initiatives to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.Identify and drive operational excellence initiatives to increase productivity performance.Provide executive leadership throughout all of EPS’ PBM and Specialty Pharmacy operational units.Support implementation of Envolve Pharmacy Solutions’ short and long-term priorities.Supports business objectives through project planning, implementation, and operational execution.Responsible for establishing and driving metrics, clarifying objectives, identifying business risks and mitigation strategies across EPS.Ensure operational compliance with regulatory and accreditation agencies, and internal compliance policies and guidelines. The Operations Officer will build and maintain strong relationships with corporate Centene and Health Plan leaders.

Position Purpose: 

Develop, prioritize and execute business process excellence initiatives to identify and address process and operational inefficiencies across the segment.

Identify top areas for SG&A and Cost of Service improvements across the segment and implement plans to achieve desired savings.

Translate objectives from business transformation initiatives into actionable plans and ensure flawless execution of those plans.

Oversee business intelligence across the business segment to include data, analytics and reporting requirements for various functions for new and existing operations.

Lead efforts to identify barriers to operational success of the segment and drive solutions to address business needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead efforts to partner with leadership team and stakeholders to define and deploy key performance indicators (KPI) to monitor past, current and future performance of business processes.

Develop and oversee data analysis efforts to produce accurate, efficient, and timely data reporting models, including federal and state deliverables, contract deliverables, ad hoc reports, and internal reports for all functional areas within the segment.

Lead teams to resolve complex technology, data, and process based issues, gaps, and risks.

Oversee the development, implementation, and end user adaption of systems and tools to adhere to standard operating protocols and outcomes.

Partner with operational leadership teams to design and implement work flow optimization and automation processes.

Requirements:

's degree in business, healthcare administration, related field, or equivalent experience. 12+ years of relevant experience, including project management, implementations, systems, reporting and/or process improvement in healthcare.
