61 people have viewed this jobWe are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our leadership team and help us take the company to the next level. The experienced CRO will lead the performance, strategy, and alignment of WireWheel’s Go-to-Market, revenue and customer-facing functions. The CRO will work to ensure that these teams are centered and in alignment with the company’s growth targets. The ideal incumbent will have a proven history of building strong customer relationships, combined with market expertise to specify, strategize and define growth opportunities. This is an amazing opportunity for a seasoned and efficiently strategic (yes hands on too!) leader with phenomenal people skills, business acumen, and experience in early stage SAAS companies.
SCOPE
Create strategies to drive all GTM teams to work cohesively, optimizing each to maximize revenue and customer experience. This involves designing, developing and integrating the revenue system and designing/launching revenue programs.
Effectively resolve issues across the marketing/sales and customer success functions – must be comfortable with conflict, addressing issues, and solving problems in a practical and healthy manner
Partner with product management to fine tune pricing strategies and business models to achieve revenue goals
Build a winning GTM teams through hiring and inspiring team members
Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and performance expectations for their team
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
15+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise SaaS software environment; 5+ years of experience building, scaling and managing SaaS teams at an executive level
Bachelors’ degree in business, marketing or a related field, MBA a plus
Experience with GTM strategy planning and execution, sales operations, account management, marketing, channel and partner management, business planning, and sales support management
Demonstrated financial acumen and a proven track record of decision making based upon business metrics.
Experience with driving both an inside sales organization and a consultative sales approach
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
The ability to recruit, train, and motivate top-tier sales and revenue focused talent.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers. Facilitates an open exchange of ideas and fosters an atmosphere of open communication.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics
Smart and entrepreneurial with strategic vision and a strong bias to execute.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
