The Client Partner for Facebook’s Global Marketing Solutions team is a strategic and enthusiastic sales and business development consultant that leads the company's relationship with our Fortune 500 advertisers. Client Partners are solution-drivers who put our customers at the core of everything we do. This team transforms the way businesses operate through digital. 

This is an outstanding opportunity to be an industry and business expert, build and manage key relationships to drive long term digital transformation plans while translating into mid and short term achievements. Given our disruptive business Organizationel, the Client Partner will be consistently challenged by different business needs their clients have, working in a constantly changing environment, dealing with ambiguity, and demonstrating problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. 

Ideal candidates will have experience and measurable success in a sales environment as well as experience in digital transformation projects. This professional will lead some of our largest opportunities in the Automotive industry in Mexico with a consultative approach and strategic vision. Expertise in this industry is not required but passion for the segment will be paramout to succeed. This position will be based in Mexico City.

Client Partner, Auto Responsibilities

Become industry expert and point of reference externally

Identify and leverage trends and new opportunities within industry of expertise/focus

Bring the acquisition strategy to life by driving rapid growth amongst the identified clients / categories

Drive business growth for clients via actionable insights

Set digital transformation mid-term plans for the industry

Partner with different levels of the organization internally and externally, from C-level to operational to influence the course of actions.

Build and nurture relationships with top marketing decision makers at the largest companies and agencies in the market.

Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize and scale industry efforts

Develop sales operational excellence

Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Facebook

Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Facebook to marketers in various verticals

Play the lead role in providing impactful recommendations to clients in short, mid and long term strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years’ experience as a strategic trusted advisor working with C-Level, as well with Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales/ Online. 7+ years managing client accounts

Business acumen and strategic mindset to understand the client needs and add value beyond our products for their business to thrive

Demonstrated critical analytical thinking skills

Experience building consistent relationships with internal and external partners in order to drive and influence key decision makers across different levels

Ability to define and deeply understand key business/ industry metrics and KPIs and proven record of making data driven business decisions

Understanding of core business Organizationel concepts, business processes and overall business operations

Experience working with marketing decision makers in companies and agencies

Track record of successful communication and public presentations (both written and verbal)

Strong learning orientation, demonstrating self-starter behaviour

Ability to navigate and manage time in a ambiguous fast paced environment

Fluency in Spanish and English are required

Bachelors or Masters degree
