Under the direct supervision of the Director, Hem Malignancies and Oncology Services and Medical Director, the Director is responsible for supervising the operations of the hospital-based treatment and infusion centers including Bowyer Treatment Center, Pediatric Infusion Center and the Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Program. These include, but are not limited to, contributing to the development and implementation of clinic goals and objectives, administration, operations, budgetary and staffing functions.

Major functions include, but are not limited to, developing strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures, management of financial resources including budget development and revenue integrity. Provide oversight of both nursing and unlicensed staff along with equipment and supply chain resources. Required to provide variance reports, supply reports, revenue/expense detail trends, approve invoices, and provide workload calculations. Required to provide quality assurance oversight including the performance of monthly, quarterly, and annual quality assessments with routine submission of reports to leadership. Monthly and quarterly reporting to established committees and regulatory agencies. Compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation standards including, but not limited to, the Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT) required.

Salary range: $58.91-$151.25Hourly


We’re seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with: 

• Current California RN license required 

• BSN or MSN required 

• BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required  

• 3 years of oncology experience as an RN, required

• 5 minimum years of management experience, oncology preferred

• Reporting experience, including operational and quality metrics

• Skill in implementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis 

• Ability to perform historical, physical and behavioral patient assessments 

• Ability to develop and implement and evaluate patient care plan actively involving patients, family, and staff
