We are currently seeking a Commercial Lead to join our Flexible Space team. Our team’s priorities are: 


Delivering strategic solutions for clients  


Driving revenue in line with business objectives


Actively collaborating across platforms  


Developing our people and inspiring others 


Supporting ambitions beyond the workplace 


Applying new technology and data to drive change


What this job involves


Developing project specific financial models for decision making 


Developing project specific contracts  


Collaborating with internal financial and legal teams to ensure completion and alignment 


Collaborating across businesses and regions to ensure consistency  


Coordinating with internal approval boards as needed to drive speed and profitability 


Tracking performance of contracts by product and market 


Sound like you? To apply you will have: 


5-10 years of experience in aCommercial Operations, Inside Sales or Sales Support role or equivalent


Understand Real Estate contracts from an Investor and Occupier perspective


Building commercial pro forma cost & pricing model experience required.Digitally savvy and able to quickly adapt to new tools  


Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills  


Must be comfortable with ambiguity and possess an entrepreneurial spirit  


Advanced Excel and MS Office experience  


MBA or equivalent business experience, Degree in finance or real estate preferred
