Oversee and manage all aspects of compliance testing with laws, regulations and guidelines related to JPMorgan Chase's Consumer & Community Banking lines of business.
Leads compliance testing reviews in accordance with the established compliance testing program.
Engagement with regulators and other stakeholders to describe and report on testing plans, testing methodologies, testing practices, governance, and testfindings.
Manage and develop managerial and technical skills of staff within the testing team.
Strong ability to communicate and effectively manage team through change.
Lead key priority initiatives within Compliance with collaboration and input among various LOB and global Compliance groups within JPMorgan Chase.
Integrate risk assessments results into the Compliance testing plan to ensure compliance with global standard and regulatory coverage requirements.
Work closely with compliance officers and other stakeholders across all CCB LOB’s to collaborate and share information arising from testing activities and other testing related initiatives (e.g., trends, systemic issues, control weaknesses).
Manage compliance projects and timely report significant control and compliance issues to management.
Provide input and identify efficiencies for future enhancements to the testing program.
Coordinate with LOB Compliance Advisory teams to align risk based monitoring and testing activities.
Bachelor’s orAdvanced degree
Strong Consumer Bank and Chase Wealth Management, Regulatory, Compliance Testing and Auditing experience (5+ years)
Significant knowledge of Consumer Bank and Chase Wealth Management laws and regulations
Strong sense of Risk and Controls
Strong Leadership, communication and presentation skills
Ability to efficiently manage concurrent assignments and quickly react to changing or competing priorities
Ability to implement and administer corporate-wide compliance programs and policies
Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency and meet critical, deadlines
Excellent writing skills
Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other reporting tools.
Analytical and quantitative skills, including effective data analysis and investigative problem solving
Project Management experience is a plus (independently manage large projects)
Previous experience with management of sensitive, highly visible projects
