Robert Half has partnered with a growing local healthcare company in Portland to locate a COO - Chief Operations Officer or Operations Director for a full-time position with benefits.
The ideal operations management candidate will have the following skills and experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
-Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
-Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss / cash-flow management.
-Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Solid understanding of financial management.
-Healthcare or Dental industry experience a plus.
