Integrated Program Managers are Corporate Real Estate generalists that advise Clients on various aspects of Corporate Real Estate delivery. IPM’s act as Trusted Advisors that own Real Estate execution from idea to occupancy which enables our Clients to focus on alignment between business objectives and real estate solutions. IPM’s identify key priorities for each project and work to align organizational stakeholders with the project objectives. IPM’s lead the project delivery team to ensure quality, speed, predictability and Business-Enabling real estate outcomes.
Key Elements and Essential Tasks
Lead the client relationship/interface for the assigned business segment(s) and any additional initiatives assigned.
Establish a “Trusted Advisor” relationship with Client counterparts as a Corporate Real Estate SME.
Drive adherence to established RES process and demonstrate agility and creativity to meet dynamic business needs.
Escalate risks throughout the organization appropriately.
Manage the approval process for all assigned projects.
Effectively lead the Project Delivery Team by clearly communicating expectations, accountabilities and providing performance feedback for continuous improvement.
Integrate service delivery platform and resources while effectively managing handoffs between:
Strategic Occupancy Planning
Integrated Facility Management
Provide regular Executive-Level dashboard or presentation reporting on project performance across the assigned portfolio.
Actively manage the project pipeline for the assigned business portfolio ensuring timely initiations and achievement of milestones.
Identify strategic opportunities to eliminate excess space from the portfolio footprint.
Lead the Capital Forecast process for the segment portfolio(s) and identify opportunities and risks to ensure precision within defined targets.
Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Masters Degree Preferred in Real Estate Development, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science and/or Finance (Preferred)
Years of relevant experience
Skills and knowledge
Corporate Real Estate, Transaction Management or Project Management (Preferred)
Demonstrated client relationship management skills
Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis, solution development and critical thinking skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe (Must be)
Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment
