A leading software company is seeking a Creative Director to help manage a growing team and evolve the company's brand. This is a fully remote job opportunity. As the Creative Director, you will own the definition and manifestation of the company's brand language. You will collaborate Design, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that the customer’s experience is consistent and user friendly across every touchpoint across the buyer journey. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will be empowered to build and lead a brand design team.

You will own and evolve the visual identity for the corporate brand
Partner closely with Marketing to brainstorm, design, iterate and deliver. Triage projects and utilize creative agencies when appropriate
Ensure execution of all design needs, including website pages, landing pages, eBooks, etc.
Be a proactive, collaborative leader within the design, product & marketing teams. Continually ensure that all key stakeholders are aligned with the brand design vision and are adhering to guidelines.
Build and manage a culturally engaged brand design team. Recruit and onboard exceptional talent. Provide ongoing coaching and development.
Publish and continually update brand guidelines for all internal and external brand designers. Balance brand consistency and creative flexibility for all users.
Uphold the bar for high quality, insightful, and differentiating design work.
10+ years of experience in creative roles at a creative agency and/or enterprise software.
5+ years of experience leading interdisciplinary teams through strategy and execution.
An accessible online portfolio listed on your resume that demonstrates creative work that unifies strategy and execution across a range of mediums, aesthetics, and constraints.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
You have honed your skills as a seasoned designer and can leverage those experiences in your leadership.
You understand effective design processes. You know how to assess design work and deliver constructive feedback.
You have empathy and respect for the people you work with every day.
Proven ability to lead and mentor team members.
Strong design foundations. Proficiency with design tools.
