The Director of Customer Advocacy will lead the strategic initiatives of Pega’s Customer Reference Program and Customer Advisory Boards, focusing on positively impacting the needs of Pega’s global business by engaging with customer advocates and leveraging their experiences to drive better sales results, product direction, and press activity. 


What You’ll Do at Pega:

Analyze and measure the efficacy of Pega’s reference program and recommend ongoing changes to make the program better

Evangelize and enforce best practices and procedures to ensure references are appropriately applied at the right time, for the right sales situation

Effectively manage the Pega’s global Customer Advocacy Board program and budget

Monitor all face to face and online engagements for horizontal and vertical CABs and follow-ups to ensure successful program execution

Meet with stakeholders and report on progress on a quarterly basis 

Who You Are:

10+ years of experience managing sales reference programs, customer advisory boards or forums

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in order to facilitate and articulate customer advocacy value proposition and positioning

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and influence others 

What You’ve Accomplished:

Proven ability to manage and influence external customers to share their insights, feedback and stories

Demonstrated ability to build a cross-functional team and deliver tangible results

Ability to manage large budgets
