Principal Duties And Responsibilities (General Summary, Essential Functions And Authorities, Etc.)
Co-develop and then implement Deliver China strategies, as integral part of end to end China supply chain operating model based on business strategies
Build up effective connection with internal stakeholders, to understand the business needs and fulfill unmet business demand with solutions
Lead in managing multiple National Distribution Centers (NDC) for Medical Device in Shanghai Campus. Ensure smooth operations in each DC, to fulfill the request from the internal and external customers with excellent order processing under clear KPIs defined (OTIF-D, etc.)
Be responsible for logistics planning by integrating Deliver into S&OP at Shanghai labelling centers and NDCs, provide operational insights in S&OP based on capacity analysis and other critical input
Manage transportation focusing on outbound to customers
Design and optimize relabel/repack strategy and labelling process, followed by flawless execution to fulfill the highly dynamic regulatory and business requirements
Fulfill various types of customer orders and manage service issues or customer complaints
Be the owner of KPI on labelling, warehousing and transportation operations
Control budget, identify cost savings opportunities and pipelines, deliver results to ensure Cost to Deliver competitiveness
Be accountable for operational compliance management (EHSS, Quality, regulatory and SOX)
Manage 3PL in performance, in audit follow up, and in continuously pursuing operations excellence
Lead projects in new Deliver model development, in value-added innovations through in-depth collaboration with customers/hospitals, in acquisitions/divestures. Contribute to Deliver Global/Regional programs and initiatives. Support initiative led by other functions to meet objectives and to win in the market
Coach and develop talents to have solid succession plan for critical positions including this position itself.Set high performance bar and create high-performing culture for everyone to become one’s best.

Complete adherence to local government legislations, company policies and processes
Collaborate across functions to ensure a high-level customer satisfaction
Keep documentation for warehouse operation and service complaint handling per GOP/SOP
Be responsible for risk assessment and ensure measures are in place including necessary Business Contingency Plan BCP
Basic Requirement, Including Education And/Or Knowledge And/Or Training And/Or Key Relevant Experience Required.
Experience and Skillset
8+years of professional experience in operations and in project management with 5-year people management responsibility, preferably in logistics operations incl 3PL management
People interactions, communication and influence skills; be able to understand and seek understanding from key stakeholders to work out solutions and to deliver tangible results. Stakeholders include: internally – Market Plan, Regulatory Affairs, Q&C, EHSS, Commercial, Finance, Legal, IT, within Deliver: China Import Transportation and Trade Compliance, Customer Service, PM/Analytics; RDEx/GDEx; Medical Devices Segment Leads; externally—customers and hospitals; 3PL; Insurance company; government authorities ex NMPA, Safety Supervision, Customs/CIQ, leaders of local district or Development Zone.
Solid track record in project management
English and computer skills
Knowledge and experience in healthcare industry, particularly in Medical Devices’ regulations related with Regulatory Affairs / Quality & Compliance are preferable
University degree, preferably with background in SCM or MBA
