To strengthen our Dermatology Marketing Team, based in our US Headquarters in Atlanta GA, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Dermatology Product Marketing Director - Bimekizumab (BKZ).
As the Dermatology Product Marketing Director – BKZ, you will demonstrate personal leadership to fully execute UCB’s Patient Value operating model and will develop and implement business strategies that maximize exposure, financial impact and opportunities for bimekizumab in the dermatology market.

Build and lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, tactics and campaigns that drive the BKZ US commercial objectives, including pre-launch, launch, and in-market business management.
Directly influences Global Commercialization strategies for BKZ US Dermatology, including mid-term (3 Year) and long-term (10 Year) plans
Conceive and build BKZ marketing team structure to meet the needs of all stakeholders commensurate with corporate strategies
Lead and develop a growing team of professional marketers to successfully develop programs and tactics anchored in patient & stakeholder understanding
Partner and collaborate with Customer Facing Execution teams for strategic alignment towards business strategies
Lead and drive implementation of integrated cross-functional business plans including strategic value proposition development that links differentiated clinical data, relevant patient support services, access and marketplace understanding.
You will contribute by:
Having a deep marketplace understanding to anticipate future trends and adjust Dermatology strategies accordingly, including go-to market models, pricing and contracting, etc.
Partnering with others to create a curated network of UCB Dermatology advocates that assist in creating awareness of UCB solutions – including KOLs, Speakers, Advocacy groups etc. focused on the Immunology patient
Working closely with other functional areas including internal support groups, such as Finance, Sourcing, Operational Excellence, Market Access, Legal, Missions, Medical, and Regulatory Affairs, as well as external agencies and suppliers in development and support of marketing initiatives
Developing, coordinating and executing annual business and brand plans as per schedule
Developing and successful management of an annual brand budget; collaborate with functional leadership to ensure financial objectives are met and resources reassigned if required
Forecasting and monitoring gross and net sales - conducting channel and payer assessment in line with managed markets strategy to ensure brand contributions are in line with corporate expectations
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree (MBA) preferred
10 + years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, with at least 3 of those years in U.S. immunology marketing
Knowledge and application of business planning and leadership principles such as data analysis, goal setting, action plans, monitoring tools to develop and implement business plans.
Experience with advocacy development within a specialty framework highly desired.
Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate effectively in a complex, matrixed commercial environment in partnership with other internal/external commercial stakeholders (sales, managed markets, market research, regulatory, medical affairs, global department, public relations, clinical development, etc.)
Experience executing strategic brand management initiatives within healthcare, as well as within the generic and branded pharmaceutical sector
Excellent communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills for a wide variety of audiences including senior management required.
Innovative leader with strong, demonstrated leadership skills (having an innate ability to lead a diverse and talented team of individuals towards a shared vision – focused on meeting the needs of our customers).
Demonstrated success in project, vendor, and budget management
