We are looking for a Digital Marketing Director to coordinate and lead SEO/SEM efforts for Fiserv, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. This role will also oversee all paid search campaigns to manage potential conflicts across the enterprise, ensuring overall success.


We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to establish and maintain an enterprise-level SEO strategy for Fiserv, communicate it and collaborate with business marketers how it should be executed across various segments. A strong background, current knowledge of SEO practices and SEM techniques is essential to this role.


Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase solution findability on all Fiserv web domains.


To be successful in this role, you will:


Develop and execute successful enterprise level SEO strategies in alignment with Fiserv business strategy and various business unit go to market plans

Consult with and provide Fiserv businesses in how best to utilize SEO to enhance digital marketing results

Govern use of SEO and SEM according to the established Fiserv SEO strategy

Recommend and manage vendor partners to supplement SEO, utilizing additional services such as SEM, ABM and Digital Advertising

Manage an ongoing research process for conducting industry and segmented keyword research, in order to guide internal businesses and content development teams

Work with vendors and Fiserv digital channels technicians to review technical SEO issues and recommend solutions

Work with businesses to optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy

Be able to update web pages using Adobe Sites and align to Adobe development guidelines

Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building, clean-up)

Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects

Work with internal teams to align to social media, PPC, and other digital strategies to optimize campaigns

Research and stay abreast of SEO and digital marketing trends


Qualifications for consideration:


10+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager

BS or BA in Marketing, Business or related field

Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role

Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
