Work directly with cross-functional teams to execute existing customer Omni Channel marketing campaigns.
Leverage product knowledge of leading content and campaign technologies (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and other industry tools.
Work with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, define data strategy needs, which would include but not limited to collaborating with Marketing Strategy teams to plan and translates marketing strategy and business requirements into Campaign audience targeting requirements.
Manage relationship with marketing teams to support campaign planning and execution with the ability to manage integrated campaign delivery timelines.
Create and manage project plans and timelines to deliver marketing campaigns on time.
Work directly with the cross-functional teams to escalate any issues that may prevent on-time delivery including managing overall capacity and priority across campaigns.
Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), gathering further requirements from the Marketing, Risk and Decision Management as necessary.
Develop and manage Campaign Best Practices with other Campaign Execution Leads.Review campaign metrics and presents trends and insights; work with Customer Marketing Strategy on campaign optimization.
Position is responsible for managing 5 – 7 direct reports.
Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
8+ years of direct, relevant experience in adtech, digital marketing and business consulting role, preferably in financial services
8+ years strategic business analysis; aptitude in displaying and communicating technical/analytical information to non-technical constituents
8+ years’ experience with overall project responsibility for large-scale projects
8+ years leadership experience with coaching and leading a team
Advertising agency and media experience
Marketing automation experience
Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and tech teams
Experience with and strong understanding of technology development methodologies, e.g., waterfall, agile development
Experience working in both small startup environments and large corporate environments preferred.
Conversant with current trends, tools, vendors, and solutions in digital marketing
Experience in CRM, digital architectures and deployment ( Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
Team player, leader with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence, collaborate and communicate across executive and all management levels, across lines of business, internal resources and external vendors
Comfort level operating in matrixed environment and managing ambiguity. Proven track record of change management and transformation.
Experience in working with geographically remote teams
Be a self-starter and a quick learner
