Building strong relationships with BPOs, so there is trust and mutual respect

Coaching appointed BPOs where the new operating model requires new behaviours and practices

Educating Operations and Technology groups in the target operating model

Assist the BPO in breaking down organisation barriers by collaborating with managers of functional silos

Working with Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters to adopt agile practices in cross-functional teams

Advising the BPO on how to adopt new measures that represent the complete health of their product

Supporting the adoption of a model-driven approach that facilitates a common understanding of the problem domain between Operations & technology

Working with Service Design specialists to adopt Design Thinking practices in cross-functional teams

Understanding and articulating the challenges associated with cultural change and to advise on how to address

Providing coaching and guidance on how to unblock transformational challenges  

Core Skills and Behaviours

Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Proven success at driving change across multiple groups

Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes

Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail oriented and strong interpersonal skills

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services

5+ year’s experience of managing teams

Additional Skills and Behaviours

Experience of Design Thinking

3+ years experience of agile transformation

Experience as a Scrum Master

Formal training in logical modelling techniques
