We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our Business Development team with a clearing or custody sales background. The Director of Business Development, is a hunter who can carry a quota and deliver well beyond it.


The Role


Execute sales plan 

Quota Driven – thrive when given a challenge and can exceed deliverables


$500 million net new assets

$25mm cash balances

$2-3 million net new revenue


Proficient on the phone and in pipeline development; Make 50-100 calls a week to source 3-5 new leads a week

Transparent - Provide detailed forecasting to management showing revenue projects for 30-60-90 days

Utilize Salesforce.com to maintain an accurate sales funnel, call logs, and to document updates

Maintain relationship manager status for larger accounts


Are You A Fit?


10+ years' financial services  

Sales success with quota carrying position

FINRA, Series 7, General Securities exam

Thorough knowledge of Axos products and service offerings

Strong administrative, time management, and organizational skills

Exceptional human relations, communication, presentation, and telephone skills

Will travel 50% - conferences, trade shows, and territory visits

Bachelors' Degree


Preferred:


Clearing, Custody, RIA, or Brokerage
