The Director of Campaign Insights will focus on leading and refining our analytics offerings across cross-channel media, collaborating with internal teams on custom reporting solutions, and serving as the subject matter expert for post-sale measurement and insights. The position will mentor a team of 7+ analysts with the goal of growing the skillsets of each team member while also managing the team’s support framework for the entire digital organization.
Essential Job Functions
Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
Understand client post-sale analytics needs and create data requirements for solution creation.
Analyze data, present with compelling data visualizations, and tell a holistic story explaining success.
Manage a team of analysts day-to-day, develop their analytical skills, and support their client’s deliverables.
Work with other internal teams (e.g. BI, Ops, Programmatic) to develop improved and cohesive data solutions.
Collaborate with senior Sales and Client Services staff to build data driven solutions for advertisers.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and/or experience
8+ years of professional experience in an analytics capacity within digital advertising, media, marketing, or ad tech
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excel, PowerPoint, Doubleclick, Sizmek, Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, etc.
% Travel Required (Approximate): 5%
