This role will be the owner of enterprise content management services at S&P Global. Reporting to the Senior Director of Collaboration within S&P Global’s Workplace Services team, you will be responsible for managing and helping to build the strategy for how S&P Global grows and uses SharePoint and Box and how these integrate into other key collaboration services.

Responsibilities:
Ability to lead key transformation efforts to consolidate and migrate data to our strategic cloud-based file storage and sharing solutions and has expert level knowledge and experience with file migration tools and projects
Managing the vendor to provide day-to-day delivery and operations for enterprise content management services
Oversee major migration projects including the migration of network file shares to cloud file sharing services and the migration of SharePoint 2007/2010 to SharePoint Online
Set strategic direction, design and delivery of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Box as services to S&P Global employees
Maximize the use of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Box within S&P Global via promotion, evangelizing, sharing best practices and training end users
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and identification of new uses cases
Transform existing business processes to utilize SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
Experience in building and scaling applications for the Cloud and developing automation scripts
Lead integration efforts for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business into existing business process or tools (e.g. Salesforce)
Partner with our internal development team and vendor teams to evaluate, design, build and integrate custom solutions into SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business
Manage a service provider that is responsible for delivering Level 1, 2 and 3 support and overseeing the day to day management and administration of the SharePoint Online and Box environments
Troubleshoot and manage resolution of issues by coordinating appropriate resources to ensure timely resolution and proactively work to reduce file collaboration support ticket volume
Function as the SharePoint Online and Box subject matter expert and internal escalation point for support issues that the Level 3 team cannot resolve
Work closely with the Information Security and Compliance teams to meet security and compliance requirements
Apply continuous improvement techniques to content management services to ensure the best in class experience for our end users
Function as the voice of the customer and provide feedback on how we can use our enterprise content and collaboration products to better serve our end users and customers
Communicates plans, status and issues to management and relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
Participate in the research and review of new technologies, equipment, and services related to enterprise content management solutions
Identify and publish key service success metrics, operational and performance metrics
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
5-10 years of enterprise content management experience
Familiarity with implementing and supporting Software-as-a-Service solutions
Project management experience
Ability to architect, design, code, and unit/functional test software on a predefined schedule using technologies, techniques, and tools to ensure high quality, performance, secure, scalable and reliable software is implemented
Proficiency with SharePoint development, Box Platform API, REST API, JSON or PowerShell scripting
Familiar with Microsoft tools such as Power Automate and Flow
Experience leading and conducting content migration projects
Domain expertise in enterprise content management, business process management or IT infrastructure
Demonstrated understanding of network security including risk management and compliance
Familiarity with ITIL processes
Ability to work independently, keeping track of a number of continuing problems, requests, and projects
Candidate should possess strong application functional expertise, expertise in business application deployment cycles
Excellent organization and communications skills. MUST be highly collaborative and have excellent customer service skills
Natural leadership skills and ability to work with all teams in the Company.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. MBA a plus.
