The Director of Digital Platforms & Growth leads the vision, strategy and execution of the digital marketing infrastructure to increase brand and product awareness, attract new customers and drive conversion. This position will lead the strategic direction and maintenance of marketing-owned Early Warning web properties and owns key marketing infrastructure and tools. The Director will be an advocate for users (customers as well as internal users), with proven experience in planning and creating digital properties that people value and use.
Serve as the application owner for marketing-owned Early Warning web properties to advocate for enterprise resources and provide fiscal and operational oversight.
Partner closely with other marketing areas, product, delivery, security, development and other departments to define, inform, and prioritize the advancement and evolution of our online experience.
Drive key digital platform initiatives to progress corporate goals including ongoing maintenance, site enhancements, resource planning, project prioritization, etc.
Ensure quality execution of marketing campaigns across all business lines via marketing automation platforms and other digital marketing platforms to help the company reach revenue goals.
Evaluate and enhance SEO to own key search terms and drive traffic to the web properties.
Lead and manage acquisition funnel and site optimization including A/B, usability and testing.
Responsible for executing site content updates provided by content SMEs.
Devise and execute a systematic test-and-learn plan across sites, placements, creative, landing page experience and email nurture cycles.
Integrate and maintain the CMS and various digital marketing tools including marketing automation platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems and reporting and analytics solutions.
Responsible for the oversight of the marketing automation and CRM systems to execute push notifications, marketing campaigns, manage lead input, track campaign results, analyze data, and improve processes.
Establish benchmarks for campaign performance metrics (such as B2B campaigns, email marketing campaigns, landing page conversion/optimization) and provide recommendations to continually increase B2B campaign effectiveness.
Leverage web insights and analytics to support business decisions and to reach customers and prospects through our digital properties in new ways to improve marketing ROI.
Support the company’s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
10 or more years’ proven tactical experience in digital marketing or demand generation.
Success at leading and managing multiple digital marketing channels (including display, SEO, etc) and digital content strategy/development etc.
Fluent experience with Drupal, HTML and using tools such as Litmus, Google Analytics, Optimizely.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills. Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, inbound marketing tactics and a knowledge base around CTAs.
Understand the principles of great web design and the important role of UX/UI.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Proficiency with front end development, web design and optimization for lead generation, marketing automation tools, retargeting platforms, webinars, video SEO optimization, and online community development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver).
Background and drug screen.
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing
Agency experience a plus
Financial services, risk management, internet security or technical service solutions background
