As Director, Digital Strategy, you will work with our digital team to help define scope and recommendations for our clients’ digital campaigns. You will serve as thought leader in aligning digital marketing strategy with a client’s business goals and objectives and drive high-level discussions to make strategy recommendations based on the identified client goals.
Work closely with clients to optimize sales funnels and revenue channels.
Guide the performance of all digital advertising such as PPC, display, mobile campaigns, retargeting, video campaigns and more.
Research and analyze campaign and conversion data and partner with other team members to continuously optimize and improve campaign performance.
A/B testing campaign creatives and audience segments to optimize channel performance.
Communicate weekly with clients to establish KPIs and performance.
Evaluate emerging technologies providing critical thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Manage paid and organic processes on key client accounts.
Research and gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions.
Execute on campaign builds and optimizations (includes creative messaging, audience creation/segmenting/targeting, budgeting, bidding).
Ability to communicate with clients on all elements of the campaign which includes planning, performance, and project status.
Consult clients, as well as address ad-hoc requests.
Ability to analyze campaign data, synthesize the results, draw actionable conclusions, and communicate everything in a way that tells a story and provides strategic next steps.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing or advertising.
7+ years proven experience in managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads at scale.
Advertising, Marketing/Digital Agency, Consumer experience a plus.
SEO Management Experience.
Significant experience working with specific digital channels (Search, Display, Social); experience in eCRM & Email Marketing a plus.
Experience working in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager and social listening tools.
Proven track record managing marketing channels and optimizing performance.
Experience turning quantitative and qualitative research into strategic recommendations.
Conversion rate optimization experience.
Strong writing, presenting, and communication skills are a must.
Ability to think strategically and make innovative recommendations that drive client goals.
