The Director, Education and Customer Programs would own customer education, our online community, user group experience and create strategies that allow us to enable and connect our customers across all three mediums. This person should have a good grounding in customer education in a SaaS environment and understand best practices around training and customer enablement. We are looking for someone to build a solid training and enablement program using in person, online, community and customer connection to propel the user along the customer journey so they can be lifelong builders and power users in the Domo product.
Build and deliver training strategies to optimize our users product knowledge;
Report pertinent information and assist with task to support department operations;
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of company products and market;
Ensure customer delivery;
Build a strategy around customer enablement that defines the best and most effective way to train Domo users with differing personas.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experiences;
3+ years of Designing eLearning plans;
5 years of Creating e-Learning content;
1 year of Revenue responsibility for training or services P&L;
Strong internal and customer certification and training approach;
Proven experience in effectively partnering with business teams to deliver their goals and outcomes;
Goal oriented with strong attention to detail.
