The Director, Enterprise Sales at Condé Nast is a strategically focused, consultative, accountable for developing & mobilizing new advertising solutions that connect clients to consumers on emerging platforms. With a focus on innovation, the ideal candidate will leverage a deep knowledge of the emerging digital landscape to identify what’s next & partner with the sales organization to bring those products to market & drive client adoption.


Accountabilities:


Reach and exceed quarterly product revenue goals

Establish Condé Nast as an innovative digital media partner with clients and agencies that encompass all advertiser categories in the region

Evangelize new ways to translate Condé Nast’s unique digital footprint on emerging platforms into buyable digital solutions for clients (e.g. Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Podcasts)

Collaborate with category & regional sales team to create revenue growth plans for new products within top accounts

Lead category and region-specific new business development plans for new products

Break new regional business across all advertiser categories leveraging all ad products for all Conde’ Nast brands at both the agency and client direct level

Provide subject matter expertise in Condé Nast’s new digital products/partnerships, platform content strategy and innovation roadmap in support of the Regional Vice President

Support sales education & training for new products & partnerships in support of the Regional VP


Basic Qualifications:


6+ years of sales experience with a digital or ad-tech background

Demonstrated ability to drive an outcome within a highly matrixed organization

Proven track record delivering strong financial results in terms of revenue and growth, finding solutions against or around difficulties and barriers

Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication & presentation skills

Ability to build consensus around strategic objectives both internally and to external clients

Expertise in managing agency business including all levels of strategy, planning and integrated media solutions. Programmatic, direct and social media sales experience preferred.
