As Director of Global Channel Marketing you will be responsible for both in-region Field Marketing (AMER, EMEA, APJ) and centralized HQ Channel Marketing functions. You will partner with our Global Channel Sales Business to define, develop and execute the Channel Marketing GTM with a particular focus on in-region partner recruitment, partner on-boarding & enablement and partner activation.


Drive strategic alignment with cross functional partners with particular focus on our Global Sales and Channel Lead & AMER/EMEA/APJ Channel Sales Leads

Develop and execute the Global Channel Marketing plan in both the short term (FY) and long term (3 year)

Drive awareness of File Hosting Service Company Partner Program in the IT channel ecosystem

Drive new partner recruitment globally and in-line with regional/country recruiting requirements

Develop the File Hosting Service Company Partner Program so that it delivers a strong value proposition and profitable business opportunity to partners

Programmatically onboard and enable partners, with the Partner Portal, regular communications, training, and partnership support

Build strategic relationships within the marketing function including Product Marketing and Digital Marketing

Develop and deliver relevant content and selling tools, including tools for Channel Sales, to-partner marketing and selling tools, and thru-partner marketing and selling tools

Develop a winning team - cultivate team of top talent with growth mindset who can thrive, grow, and do the best work of their career


10 years or more years of Channel Marketing experience either at the regional or global level

Minimum of 5 years of management experience

Proven experience in building partner relationships at both executive and operational levels

Firsthand experience with SaaS & indirect sales models

Proven data-driven decision-maker with well-developed business and financial management skills

Expertise in contracting, negotiating, and change management

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
