Reporting to the VP of HR, the Director, HR Partners will lead a team of up to four US based Business Partners.This role will drive alignment, oversight and mentorship across our HR Business Partners.This role will facilitate the transformation to embed strategic HR in the business, and champion a culture of performance and accountability. The Director, HR Partners will work cross-functionally with our Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Global Head of Learning & Development, and VP of HR and Rewards to drive the advancement of an overall talent management strategy and organizational design at Leading Internet / New Media Company.


YOU WILL

Guide the vision, long term strategy and day-to-day success of the HR Business Partners

Provide mentorship and people management to the Business Partner team while serving as a functional BP alongside your team

Understand the company’s current state, future state, gaps and priorities, and accelerate company growth and success through effective Business Partnering

Evaluate and elevate quality, efficiency, performance, processes and teams globally

Lead the transformation to embed HR as a strategic partner to the business

Create a cohesive Partnership team that collaborates on strategy

Develop strong working relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives

Serve as the executive point of contact on high visibility ER issues, and partner with the legal and regional teams to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance

Partner with HR leaders to drive company wide employee engagement and a performance culture

Serve as a key member of the Briteling Experience (BX) Leadership Team, setting the people strategy for Leading Internet / New Media Company 

Champion BX and ensure cultural consistency as the company grows and scales

Help build the external brand of Leading Internet / New Media Company as a visionary people-centric company

Challenge the status quo and ensure that HR is innovating



THE SKILL SET

The ideal candidate will be a visionary yet hands-on leader with 10+ years of global experience driving, building and scaling teams of HRBPs

Led teams of at least 3-4 people for a company of 1000+ that set a high bar for culture and performance

Seasoned HR executive with solid functional expertise across all general areas of HR, including Organizational Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent and PerformanceManagement, Employee Relations and Employment Law

Business-minded, and adept at building strong relationships with global senior stakeholders across the company 

Extensive experience in people development, coaching and mentoring

Diplomatic and effective influencer

Established and managed teams through periods of high growth and global expansion

Expertise using metrics and analytics to inform and influence decisions that drive action

Articulate at all levelsand insightful

A willingness to roll up their sleeves, embracing a dynamic, high-growth environment
