Develop and lead day-to-day implementation of a multi-year strategy for Visa to monitor, measure and report how Visa is creating social impact across its functions. 

Develop and define outcome and success metrics associated with Visa’s social impact programs in collaboration with the Social Impact functional areas and partners.

Develop clear and consistent processes and tools for data collection, monitoring, learning, and reporting) to enable teams to own and implement impact assessment frameworks, working closely with team leads within Social Impact and in other relevant parts of the company

Integrate common components across programs to support and substantiate Visa’s overarching social impact narrative.

Identify opportunities for external research and measurement of micro and small business enablement and work with external partners to deliver those opportunities. 

Support internal and external communication of metrics to substantiate cohesive Visa’s Social Impact narrative.

Qualifications

Experience in monitoring, measurement and evaluation of socio-economic initiatives at program, micro and macro levels, preferably in emerging markets.

Demonstrated ability to develop customized impact assessment frameworks for social impact programs

Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, validation, and data analysis.

Proficiency in statistics and economics

Excellent research, writing, and communication skills

Passion for social impact

Fluent written and oral English

Preferred Qualifications

Masters or PhD in statistics, economics, business or international

Experience working and living in emerging markets

Proficiency in additional language(s) a bonus.
