As a CoStar Director of Inside Sales for Multifamily Marketing you will be responsible for delivering frontline sales results through the leadership and development of the Inside Sales managers and their teams.The inside sales teams are responsible for growing and developing their assigned region’s revenue by selling new advertising and info subscriptions on Apartments.com to new customers, growing existing customer revenue and ensuring high levels of customer service and high renewal rates.

Perform complex tasks involving the coaching, counseling, and leading of the inside sales team
Monitor sales performance and hold managers accountable to the required level of sales activity for their teams in order to ensure the achievement of business performance targets
Ensure that all team members and the overall team achieves all assigned revenue goals
Provide feedback to management and recommend changes and modifications to established procedures & guidelines
Serve as liaison between training, executive management, field sales and inside sales teams and other sales support functions
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction ratings
Develop and communicate annual sales plans in support of the organizational strategy and objectives
Develop and mentor all team members
Ensure CoStar culture and values are adopted by team members
Eight or more years of experience managing inside sales or call center teams in a high transaction environment
Five or more years of recent experience in telesales while meeting and exceeding quota
Three or more years of experience managing other sales managers or leaders
Experience managing teams of fifteen or more inside sales professionals
Experience building and hiring a sales/inside sales team
Multifamily experience helpful, but not required
Bachelor’s degree required

Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Strong and proven track record of successfully mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve their greatest potential
Demonstrated ability to retain proven sales producers and remove non-producers
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas in a high transaction environment
Effective internal relationship building skills (superiors, peers, teams, company-wide) and externally (sales channels, customers, etc.)
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company
