This key digital marketing position works with the marketing, technology, and operations teams to establish the company’s digital marketing strategy and implementation, and will help the company continue to evolve its capabilities to strengthen its position as the most successful real estate broker for important luxury properties.Must be knowledgeable about digital marketing and the competitive landscape to help translate trends, new technologies, and market opportunities into digital marketing strategy. This position would span all systems and platforms the brand oversees on both the franchise and company owned side of the business and focus on the release, promotion, measurement, and refinement of those offerings.
This position will have a dual reporting line and collaborates with senior leadership, media, communications/PR, applications development. Must have the analytical and reporting skills and experience to successfully balance business, technology, and end-user requirements in the development and execution of product development and promotion.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Communication of new and existing tools and platform rollouts
Work in conjunction with the larger interactive team who are focused on development, support, and usability.
Build and execute communication plan and rollout early in product development to maximize impact
Leverage media plan and online communication resources to drive adoption
Key skills: presentation, media, communications
Promotion and evangelizing within the network
Create internal communication strategy for agent and broker-focused product launches
Observe and refine the promotion of tools to the network
Standardizing analytics and data-backed measurements
Define KPIs across all tools and systems
Execute communication structure to SIR and Realogy stakeholders
Create standard data sets for simple integration with Realogy Reporting APIs
Objective feedback gathering
Build a consistent direct feedback information gathering system
Engage with affiliates (agent, manager, marketer) and direct consumers
Utlize 3rd party vendors, surveys, in-app rating systems, focus groups, one-on-one interviews, etc.
Refinement of existing tools & new system proposals
Overall tool feasibility
Monitor digital marketing trends and technologies along with the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovations and enhancements, and ensure that we offer a “best in class” user experience for clients and agents.
Education/ Training/ Certificates/ Licenses
• Bachelor Degree or advanced degree in related field preferred or combination of education and experience. Studies in Human Factors and Interface (UX/UI) design preferred. Training in Web analytics software preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing development, competitive analysis and user research.
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
Experience in developing/implementing digital products and rollouts across an enterprise
Experience in using usability best practices and web analytics data to inform design and development decisions required.
Experience with digital design (consumer-facing and web or application production) preferred
