This position will have responsibility for the marketing functional area for Rytary to include KOL management, brand management, market research, strategic and tactical planning, and marketing services. The position will report to the Senior Director, Marketing and work closely with senior management across other functional areas to ensure strategic alignment of marketing with overall company objectives.
MANAGEMENT OF MARKETING RELATED ACTIVITIES • Play a key role in driving the successful promotion of Rytary • Lead the KOL engagement strategy and execution of the engagement plan, including advisory board planning and speaker program management • Participate in the formalized market analysis and planning process which incorporates critical input from all relevant functional areas in order to develop annual short and long term strategic and tactical planning • Direct the successful launch of new pipeline products (IXP-203) • Serve as the commercial point for New Product Planning and internal Clinical Product Development programs. • Lead the planning and execution of convention activities • Responsible for coordinating with compliance for the approval of all KOL activities and PRC for the approval of all promotional tactics to support these activities
•Serve as commercial point for cultivating various professional relationships with national physician thought leaders in Parkinson's Disease
-- P&L responsibility for KOL initiatives
•Leveraging insights to understand customer segments and develop positioning, messaging, and highly-targeted marketing materials

Master Degree (MBA) Marketing, Business or other like degree - Preferred
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., marketing or business) - Required
10 years or more in Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated track record of success in pharmaceutical commercial operations.
5 years or more in Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience to include successful new product launches and effective management of marketing personnel.
•Executive presence and ability to manage changes in business priorities. - Intermediate
•Able to work well under pressure and in appreciation of pre-defined and often aggressive timelines. - Intermediate
•Excellent written, organizational and verbal communication skills a must. - Intermediate
Experience in managing KOL relationships a must
Experience in the neurology therapeutic area is preferred.
Computer literate with MS Office products including PowerPoint, Word, Access and Excel
